FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL

Jason launched McIntosh Advisory & Construction to combine his passion for helping others with his love for all things construction.

Jason has worked in various aspects of the residential construction industry for decades, focusing on business leadership, construction expertise, and establishing a “people-first” culture.  In 2002, Jason founded McIntosh Lawrence Development, a firm specializing in the renovation and repositioning of multifamily apartment homes & single family residences.  Under his direction, the company successfully renovated and repositioned more than 50 significant assets in the Los Angeles area with a total market value of over $350 million.  In 2016 Jason moved to Santa Barbara to pursue opportunities with a trusted business associate, Granite Capital Group.  He co-founded Granite Management Group and served  as its President, as well as led Property Development for GCG, further expanding his knowledge base for real estate investment underwriting, planning & entitlement and property development.

In 2018 Jason was honored as a finalist for Executive of the Year by the Apartment Association of Metropolitan Denver.  The knowledge and expertise that Jason has amassed over the last 20 years, plus his sincere passion for construction, make him an invaluable asset to any planned real estate purchase, project or development.

Jason enjoys living in Javea, Spain with his wife, Michelle, daughters, Lilly and Hanna, and dogs, Luca & Georgie.
